Be careful when you come across
A Granny with a pram,
Their offspring’s procreation
Makes them the big I am.
For some reason I can’t work out
They’re inordinately proud
And blether on about the child
Persistently and loud.
They seem to take no heed of
The fact that I don’t care
But use me as a sounding board
Just because I’m there.
So be wary of the grandmother
Who is full of boastful pride
About her squawking grandchild.
When you see her, run and hide!
