Gastronomy

This part of the site is devoted to all things to do with food.

The primary focus of course is on Gluten Free food. It includes recipes to inspire (hopefully) a Hall of Fame for those rare caterers who provide appetising and nourishing gluten-free food without causing embarrassment or showing obvious resentment, and a Hall of Shame for those who do not. If you have any recipes or ideas for this section, please contact us. if we include them, you will be credited.

We've just added a new section for recipes from elsewhere, e.g. food programmes, but still adhering to the GF orientation.
